Find donors

Donors in the sidebar is GivFlow's in-app finder. The page title is Donors by status/events.

This is how to run the search. Status and tier definitions live in Donor statuses and Donor tiers.

The list is empty until you choose a budget, a status, a date range, and click Filter. That is expected. The page also notes you can set up these lists inside Planning Center.

Open the finder

1. In the left sidebar, click Donors.
2. Sub-tabs: Status, Activity, Teirs, Donation Change, Cumulative, Demographics, Distribution. Teirs is spelled that way in the product.

Empty until you filter

On Status, the results area stays empty until you filter. Copy: Select a budget, status, and date range then click Filter.

1. Choose a budget.
2. Choose a status.
3. Choose a date range (Choose dates…).
4. Click Filter.

Read Status results

After Filter on Status, you get:

• A chart of donor count over time (This Year (Count) vs Prior Year (Count)), with Status Changes and Cumulative chart options.
• A heading that follows the status you filtered (for example Current Active Donors), plus a summary line.
• A table: First Name, Last Name, Status Since, Gift Frequency, Last Donation, and View.

Gift frequency is a phrase GivFlow computed (for example at least once a month). View opens that person.
