Lists in GivFlow

Lists in the sidebar is GivFlow's in-app view of lists synced from Planning Center. You do not build the list here. Subtitle: Lists are synced directly from Planning Center - if you want to change your list, change it in planning center.

Open Lists

In the left sidebar, click Lists.
Read the banner: lists sync from the primary GivFlow user — the person who connected Planning Center. If a list is missing, check that it is shared with that user. To change the primary user, email support@givflow.com.
Use Search Lists to find a list by name.

Each row shows the list name, Auto Sync status, Updated on and Refreshed at, a result count, and sync history. Demo lists showed Auto Sync: Disabled — do not assume every church's lists are disabled.

To change membership or rules, edit the list in Planning Center, not in GivFlow. If Planning Center is Disconnected, lists will not stay current.
