Using the GivFlow custom tab
Customized in Planning Center
GivFlow writes giving labels to a GivFlow tab on the person in Planning Center People — donor status, donation status, and donor tier. You stay in Planning Center for lists and follow-up instead of exporting GivFlow.
The tab is customized in Planning Center, not in a GivFlow panel.
From GivFlow, Settings → Organization has Customize Tab Settings. That control is an external link to Planning Center People customize:

Use that Planning Center page to control who can see the GivFlow tab. It will not repair a Disconnected Planning Center status.
The person who connected GivFlow needs to stay able to see the tab, or sync stops. Data on the tab updates when values change. Lapsed is calculated weekly, so that status can lag.
To change a list's membership or rules, edit the list in Planning Center. GivFlow Lists only shows what already synced. See Lists in GivFlow.
