Use the campaigns dashboard

Dashboards → Campaigns is the pledge-progress view for one campaign. It is not the pledge-campaign list, and it is not where you edit the public pledge form.

Use sidebar Campaigns (below Email) to find campaigns and open Settings. See Campaign settings and the public form.

Open Campaigns

1. In the left sidebar, expand Dashboards and click Campaigns.
2. Confirm the campaign in the header, its date range, fund tag, and Completion percentage.

Read Campaign Progress

1. In Campaign Progress, note the as-of date and the headline amount against the goal.
2. Use the pledged only toggle if you need it.
3. Read the progress bar. Non-pledged and Benchmark figures can sit next to the headline amount. If the campaign is behind plan, a yellow banner explains the gap.

Pledge Insights and Non-Pledged Insights

1. Scroll to Pledge Insights.
   • Overview: Total, Completed, Not Started (donor counts and pledged/donated amounts).
   • Progress: Behind, On Track, Ahead.
   • View All Pledges → at the bottom of the section.
2. Check Non-Pledged Insights. It can be empty. If nothing is listed, the page says GivFlow could not find any non-pledged donors and to email support@givflow.com if you expected to see pledges there. That section also has View All Pledges →.
