Recurring donations

Donations → Recurring lists recurring gifts your donors have set up. Subtitle: Recurring Donations that are set up by your donors.

It is not the last-30-days gift table and not Recurring Growth.

Open Recurring

1. In the left sidebar, click Donations.
2. Open the Recurring tab (tabs: Donations, Recurring, Recurring Growth).
3. Confirm the heading Recurring Donations.
4. Filter by All, Active, Cancelled, or Hold.

If nothing has synced yet, the empty state reads No Recurring Donations Found. Subcopy: If your organization just came onboard, we could still be loading these!

An empty Recurring tab does not mean donors have no recurring gifts in Planning Center. If you just connected, wait for the load. If Planning Center is Disconnected, restore that connection first.
