Planning Center Online
Pulling/Downloading Data
GivFlow will download ALL historical donation data from Planning Center via the API. This includes:
- Funds
- Campuses
- Donations
- Donors
Receiving On-Going Data
GivFlow adds webhook events for the the following:
- giving.v2.events.profile.created
- giving.v2.events.profile.destroyed
- giving.v2.events.profile.updated
- giving.v2.events.recurring_donation.created
- giving.v2.events.recurring_donation.destroyed
- giving.v2.events.recurring_donation.updated
- giving.v2.events.donation.created
- giving.v2.events.donation.destroyed
- giving.v2.events.donation.updated
- giving.v2.events.fund.created
- giving.v2.events.fund.destroyed
- giving.v2.events.fund.updated
You can edit, or remove the webhooks above by visiting this link.
Pushing Data
GivFlow syncs over donor statuses and donations statuses into a custom tab named "GivFlow" on a nightly basis when those statuses change. Note that lapsed donors are calculated on a weekly basis so lapsed donor status won't sync until they are caluclated.
Removing the GivFlow Integration
