Givflow Data Security and Integrity

At GivFlow we take your data concerns very seriously. We understand some organizations may have concerns about sharing their data with us. We’ve formed this document to help you understand two things – Security and Integrity of your data.

Security

All of our data is stored in a Microsoft Azure cloud database environment with 4 layers of security.

• Network - To help protect customer data, firewalls prevent network access to the server until

  access is explicitly granted based on IP address or Azure Virtual network traffic origin.

• Access Management - Managing data access is handled on the azure portal level and is limited

  to my single user account that is also secured by 2-step verification.

• Threat Protection - SQL Database and SQL Managed Instance secure customer data by providing

  auditing and threat detection capabilities.

• Information Protection - SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, and Azure Synapse Analytics

  enforce encryption (SSL/TLS) at all times for all connections. This ensures all data is encrypted

  "in transit" between the client and serve.

Integrity

At GivFlow we do not share your data with any 3rd party. Your data is owned by your organization and we will delete your data at your request.

At times, GivFlow may use your data to compile organization wide reports for the consumption across all organizations as a “benchmark”. The goal behind this is to help organizations understand how others are performing. However, if your organization does not wish to participate, you may inform us at
