Budget Analysis Reports
The Budget Analysis Report is one of the most popular reports viewed within Givflow. You're able to get a high-level overview of what is going on in your congregation in terms of Giving. This report can also be seen by non-Givflow users for an Elder Board, Committee, or Board of Trustees. If you, or anyone else would like to receive notifications, you can receive the Budget Analysis Report weekly or monthly, by adding their email address. This document will walk you step by step on how to do this.
Special Note: Users must confirm their email and sharing must be enabled.
1. Navigating to Budget Analysis
- Go to the sidebar and select Budgets.
- Choose the relevant budget category (e.g., "General Funds & Sundays")
2. Exploring Analysis Options
- Review available tabs: Overview, Opportunities, Compare, etc., to analyze budget details.
3. Setting Up Notifications
- Click + Notification to add people for automatic updates.
- Ensure recipients confirm their email and enable sharing.
4. Sharing the Budget Analysis
- Use the Share icon on the top right to generate a shareable link or add collaborators.
