Reduce processing fees

What this flow is for

Reduce Processing Fees emails credit and debit donors who are not covering processing fees. It asks them to switch to ACH, or to increase a card gift so fees are covered.

It does not change how giving works in Planning Center. Fee coverage still happens there if the donor chooses to.

This template Uses Budgets. Language can differ per budget — a general budget may need different wording than a pledge campaign.

What you'll see

On All, the card shows Available and Uses Budgets.

Open the card for Subscribe to Reduce Processing Fees. Fill Sender, From Email, and Reply Email, then Select Budget. See Subscribe a flow.
