Reignite generosity

What this flow is for

Reignite Generosity is for donors whose giving has stayed unchanged for over two years. It is a gentle pastoral nudge that recognizes long-term commitment and offers a chance to reflect on how giving could grow with the mission.

It does not change how giving works in Planning Center.

This flow is set up per budget. Language can differ per budget. A general budget may need different wording than a pledge campaign.

What you'll see

On Flows, click the Journey tab and pick the budget at the top. This flow's card says Starts when an Active recurring giver's amount hasn't changed.

If the card shows Not set up, click + Set up flow to open Subscribe to Reignite Generosity. Fill Sender, From Email, and Reply Email, then Select Budget. See Subscribe a flow.

Once it is set up for that budget, the card shows Running or Paused and how many donors are in progress and completed. Click the card to open Overview, Activity, and Edit Steps.
