Recovered donors

What this flow is for

Recovered Donors reaches out to new recovered donors: people who had lapsed, came back, and gave again. You can customize the action link.

It does not change how giving works in Planning Center.

This flow is set up per budget. Language can differ per budget. A general budget may need different wording than a pledge campaign.

What you'll see

On Flows, click the Journey tab and pick the budget at the top. This flow's card says Starts when a Lapsed donor gives again and becomes Recovered.

If the card shows Not set up, click + Set up flow to open Subscribe to Recovered Donors. Fill Sender, From Email, and Reply Email, then Select Budget. See Subscribe a flow.

Once it is set up for that budget, the card shows Running or Paused and how many donors are in progress and completed. Click the card to open Overview, Activity, and Edit Steps.
