Abandoned gifts

What this flow is for

Abandoned Gifts identifies donors who set up a recurring gift and forgot a payment method, never finished verifying the payment method, or tried a one-time gift that failed and never tried again.

It does not change how giving works in Planning Center. It is follow-up email so they can finish or retry.

This template does not use Select Budget. One instance per organization.

What you'll see

On All, the card shows Available. It does not show Uses Budgets.

Open the card for Subscribe to Abandoned Gifts. Fill Sender, From Email, and Reply Email. There is no Select Budget. See Subscribe a flow.
