Purpose Driven Email is coming

Email in the sidebar opens Email Campaigns. That composer is not available yet.

The page has + Email Campaign and a banner: Purpose Driven Email is coming! If that is all you see, it is expected.

Flow emails still send

Until Email Campaigns ships, GivFlow still sends email from Flows. Those are the branded sequences that run when giving data says it is time — for example a failed recurring gift.

Open Flows in the sidebar to review those automations. Do not look for a newsletter builder under Email.

Set up your sending domain

Flows send from your domain, not a generic GivFlow address. Connect and verify that domain, and optionally add a sender display name, under Settings → Email.
