What is GivFlow?

Giving analytics and automation

GivFlow is giving analytics and automation for churches that use Planning Center Giving and People.

It pulls your funds, donations, and people from Planning Center so you can see how giving is doing, understand donor patterns, and follow up at the right moment. Donors still give in Planning Center. GivFlow does not replace that experience.

Open GivFlow at https://givflowapp.azurewebsites.net/. After you sign in, home is Dashboards → Budgets.

What's in the sidebar

• Dashboards — At-a-glance views for a budget, a pledge campaign, and (in beta) custom metrics.
• Flows — Automated email sequences that send when giving data says it is time.
• Email — Email campaigns are coming soon. Until then, flow emails still send.
• Campaigns — Pledge campaigns you track in GivFlow.
• Donations — Recent gifts, recurring gifts, and recurring-growth opportunities.
• Donors — Find people by giving pattern (status, dates, and related views).
• Lists — Planning Center lists synced into GivFlow.
• Budgets — The budgets you track and their analysis.
• Settings — Organization connection, users, joint donors, email sending, and reports.

Connect Planning Center under Settings → Organization so GivFlow has giving data to work with.
