Budget notifications

Purpose

SETTINGS > Notifications on a budget is where people get email when new data is available for that budget’s analysis reports.

Automatically notify the people below when new data is available for your monthly/weekly budget analysis reports. Users must confirm their email and sharing must be enabled.

How to

1. In the left sidebar, click Budgets, and open the budget.
2. In the budget left rail, under SETTINGS, click Notifications
3. If no one is set up, the dashed empty state has a Create a new notification link and the line No one is receiving GivFlow's wonderful budget analysis reports, yet. + Notification sits at the top right of this section.

Adding someone only to the notifications list under budgets limits them to weekly and monthly email notifications and the budget analysis/compare report — they do not get full GivFlow access. See Users, org admin, and primary user.
